Jason runs Power Crew out of Omaha. After the Operations Mastery Lab he said come hike a 14er, eat triple cheeseburgers, talk about life, wake up at 5. On the airport tape Dennis’s line is: that sounds like a friend. HVAC owners already in that room see you among people they trust. Then they will hear the product.
What we talked about on the mountain
Entrepreneurial spirit and values. Retirement, for me, is when you stop sacrificing today for tomorrow. That is on my wall. Dennis retired at 25 by that definition of freedom. I said I think I can get there too if the tastes are not extravagant.
