Dennis asked how the workshop went. There were fewer than a dozen home-service companies. I told him the number on tape: we got seven to actually book. We had four on a verbal. One other I am still working. Everything that was ICP — companies I believe we provide value to. That excludes companies I do not think are in the ICP.
That is that room, that week. It is not a lifetime quota. It is not a ranking.
Why he thinks it happened
He argued it was not great sales skills. It was trust in a trusted environment. Low-risk next step because they had already decided I was a good dude. Then he dated a prediction: that I will be the number-one sales-driving talent at Avoca. He said it before it is true, on purpose, so the tape exists. Look back in 90 days from 29 August 2026. A prediction is not a result. I am not going to print it as one.
What I will not claim
I will not paste Dennis’s on-tape aside about Avoca’s raise or valuation as a company fact. I do not have that as a verified number. The workshop count I said with my own mouth is the number that belongs on this page.
