Avoca is the AI front office for home-service businesses — calls, texts, and chat that book into the CRM. My seat is sales development. In a room of plumbers and HVAC owners that title reads as vendor. The work is to be in the room as a person they already trust.

How this weekend happened

Jason Amato (Omaha, Power Crew, Operations Mastery Lab) put the workshop together. I sat down with Dennis Yu on 28 August 2026 and called it episode one of Days with Roanin. The next morning we hiked Mt Bierstadt. That night, Denver airport, phone on the table, twenty-two minutes until a 7:20 flight.

At that workshop I booked seven ICP demos, had four verbal, and had one still working. That is that room, that week — not a lifetime quota. Dennis dated a prediction on 29 August 2026. A prediction is not a result.
